How We Work on a Business Plan

1. Initial Consultation
We sign a contract and start work after receiving the advance payment.

2. Filling out the form
We are sending you a questionnaire to fill out. It contains 3 main sections:

3. Financial Model Calculation
We analyze the data and show you a preliminary financial model.
- Calculate key metrics: investments, expenses, revenue forecast and taxes
- We discuss the results and adjust the figures if necessary
4. Document Preparation
In parallel, you prepare the documents for submission, while we remain available to answer your questions.

5. Final Business Plan
We coordinate with you the final version of the business plan for submission to the association.
- Based on the calculations, we prepare the text part of the business plan in Spanish
- We provide a business plan option in Russian if needed
6. Approval in the association
We submit the business plan to the business association. Review period — on average 1-2 weeks.
- Filling out documents for the association and paying the fee
- We maintain communication with the auditing party and respond promptly to any additional requests
- We issue an official certificate of business plan approval from the association
